Photo Booth Rental Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing Booth Boutique for your photo booth experience.

By submitting this form, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

BOOKING A BOOTH:

  1. Upon submitting the booking form, availability on your chosen machine will be determined.
  2. Once availability is confirmed, you will receive a quotation/invoice with payment instructions via email. Please check your spam folder for this communication.
  3. Verify that the information on the invoice is correct. The machine will be placed on hold for 48 hours, allowing you to make payment.
  4. Failure to make payment within 48 hours will result in the machine being listed as “available” again. All bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis.
  5. Bookings will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment prior to the event.
  6. If your chosen machine is not available, you will receive an email with alternative options. Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.
  7. Do not make payment after the 48-hour period without inquiring about machine availability, as it may have been booked by another customer.

 

DELIVERY & SETUP

  1. You will be contacted via WhatsApp before your event to arrange a suitable setup time, or arrangements will be made with the venue directly.
  2. The setup team will arrive within the allocated time, usually taking less than 15 minutes.
  3. If you will not be present during the setup, ensure the venue is informed of the setup location. All machines must be close to an open power source.
  4. Notify us of any delays with the setup.
  5. If venue staff or guests interfere with the software, we will attempt to rectify it, but we are not responsible if the issue cannot be resolved.
  6. We unfortunately are not responsible for interruptions caused by load shedding, therefore please do ensure your venue has a backup power source in the event of load shedding occurring.

 

COLLECTION:

Collection will take place the following morning, with Booth Boutique arranging a suitable time with the venue.

 

GETTING YOUR IMAGES

  1. We will send you a download link for all your images. Your link will be sent within 7-10 days.

 

BACKDROP:

  1. The Selfie Box does notcome with a backdrop. You will need to make your own.

 

DATE OR VENUE CHANGES:

Should you need to change your date, please let us know that we book a new date. We cannot offer refunds if your new date is not available.

  1. Please do notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you venue changes.

 

By booking our services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Booth Boutique reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
