1.1 A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
1.2 The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days prior to your event date.
1.3 For bookings made within 14 days of the event, full payment is required at the time of booking.
1.4 Your booking will only be confirmed once payment has been received and acknowledged in writing.
2.1 All deposits are non-refundable.
2.2 If cancellation occurs within 14 days of the event, the full hire fee will remain payable.
2.3 In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.
3.1 The client must ensure suitable access to the venue and adequate space for setup.
3.2 A standard 220V plug point must be available within 10 metres of the booth setup area for all booth types.
3.3 For the Magazine Booth, if no plug point is available, interior lighting will not be operational, and the company will not be held responsible for the resulting reduced visual quality or functionality.
3.4 The booth must be set up indoors or under full cover. Should the client choose to position any booth—especially the Magazine Booth—outdoors, the company cannot be held liable for weather conditions that make setup or operation impossible. No refunds or date changes will be issued in such cases.
4.1 The client must ensure safe and stable placement for the booth and adequate protection from the elements (sun, wind, rain, etc.) if outdoors.
4.2 The booth will be operated only by trained staff or under conditions pre-approved by the company.
4.3 The client is responsible for the behaviour of all guests using the booth and for any damage caused intentionally or through misuse.
5.1 By hiring the booth, the client grants permission for images taken during the event to be used for promotional purposes (social media, website, or marketing material), unless otherwise requested in writing.
5.2 The company will not share personal information or identifiable images with third parties without consent.
6.1 The company will not be liable for any losses, damages, or injuries sustained during the use of the photo booth.
6.2 In the case of equipment failure, every reasonable effort will be made to repair or replace the equipment on site. If this is not possible, a pro-rata refund will be offered for the downtime.
6.3 The company reserves the right to refuse setup or operation if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.
By making a booking and paying the deposit, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
